Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between sublimation, DTF and raised logos?
Sublimation dyes the design into polyester fabric for all-over, soft prints. DTF is a printed film transferred with heat that works on cotton, polyester and blends. 3D raised logos (UV DTF) add a premium raised texture, ideal for logos on sportswear and uniforms.
What fabric do I need for sublimation?
You bring the fabric. 100% polyester gives the most vivid, permanent result. 70–75% polyester is the minimum we recommend, with slightly softer colors. Below 60% is not recommended: cotton doesn’t absorb sublimation ink and the design fades after the first washes. For cotton, choose DTF.
Is there a minimum order?
Sublimation: 10 yards per order. 3D raised logos: 10 pieces. DTF: from one 22 x 12 in sheet ($5). Laser cutting: no minimum. We work with entrepreneurs, so minimums are low. Tell us your quantity and we’ll give you options.
How long does production take?
Sublimation: about 7 calendar days for up to 200 yards. 3D raised logos: 3–4 business days. DTF transfers: small orders are often ready fast; timing depends on the size of the job. If you have a deadline, tell us when you request your quote.
What file should I send?
A high-resolution PNG with transparent background (300 dpi at print size), PDF, AI or SVG. We check every file before printing.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pick up at 12255 SW 128th St #410, Miami, FL 33186, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM. Delivery is available for an additional cost.
