OUR STORY
from Colombia to Miami
American Sublimation USA started long before it had a name. Our founder, William Montoya, grew up in the textile world in Colombia, printing on all kinds of fabrics and cutting textiles for clothing makers and small brands.
When he moved to Miami, he brought that experience with him. For years he worked with sublimation, testing every new material his customers brought in, learning how each fabric takes color and what makes a print last.
In 2020 he turned that knowledge into his own company: American Sublimation USA, a family business in Kendall built to help people bring their ideas to fabric.
Growing with our customers
As our customers grew, so did their needs. Brands asked for prints on cotton, teams wanted logos that stand out, and designers needed their fabric pieces cut with clean edges.
So in 2025 we invested in new machines: DTF transfers, 3D raised logos (UV DTF) and textile laser cutting. Today very few shops in Miami offer laser cutting and 3D raised logos under the same roof, and that lets us take a project from printed fabric to finished pieces.
We’re still the same family team of about five people. We just have more tools to make your idea real.
What we make
Four techniques, one workshop in Miami.
Dye sublimation
Vivid, permanent color on your polyester fabric, 60″ wide, from 10 yards. Free color test before production.
DTF transfers
Hot peel gang sheets 22″ wide for cotton, blends and dark garments. Press them yourself in seconds.
3D raised logos
UV DTF logos with relief and texture for jerseys, uniforms and premium apparel. From 10 pieces.
Textile laser cutting
Clean, sealed edges on polyester, nylon and blends. 60 x 40 in cutting area and no minimum order.

- We review every file before printing and tell you if something needs to change.
- We test color first. For sublimation, the color test is free.
- We know fabric. We’ll tell you if your material is right for the technique, before you spend money.
- We check every order before it leaves the workshop.
