General
Which technique should I choose?
Sublimation for polyester and all-over prints, DTF for cotton or dark garments, 3D raised logos for a premium logo finish, and laser cutting to cut your fabric pieces with clean edges. Tell us about your project and we’ll recommend the best option.

Do you speak Spanish?

Can I see a sample first?
Ask for a sample when you request your quote, and we’ll tell you the options for your project.
Sublimation
Do I bring the fabric?
Yes. You bring the fabric and we print it.
What polyester content do I need?
100% polyester is ideal. 70–75% is the minimum we recommend. Below 60% is not recommended because the design fades after the first washes.
Can you sublimate on cotton?
No. Cotton doesn’t absorb sublimation ink. For cotton, choose DTF.
What is the minimum for sublimation?
10 yards per order, printed 60 inches wide.
How long does sublimation take?
About 7 calendar days for up to 200 yards; larger orders on an agreed timeline.
DTF Transfers
Hot peel or cold peel?
Hot peel.
How much does DTF cost?
Per linear foot, 22 inches wide: 22 x 12 in is $5 and 22 x 24 in is $10. Call us for longer sheets.
What file do I need?
A PNG with transparent background at 300 dpi, or PDF, AI or SVG.
Do you check my file?
Yes. We review every file before printing.
3D Raised Logos
What is a 3D raised logo?
A printed transfer with a raised texture, made with UV DTF textile technology.
What is the minimum and turnaround?
10 pieces, ready in 3–4 business days.
What logo sizes can you make?
From 3 to 5 inches.
Can you digitize my logo?
Yes. We digitize it for you, or you can bring it already digitized.
Textile Laser Cutting
Do I bring the fabric?
Yes. You bring your fabric and your pattern file, and we cut it.
Will the edges fray?
On synthetic fabrics like polyester and nylon, the laser seals the edge as it cuts, which reduces fraying.
What file do I need?
DXF, AI, SVG, PDF or EPS.
Is there a minimum order?
No minimum.

Do you deliver?
Yes, for an additional cost that depends on your area. Ask for a price. You can also pick up in Kendall.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, in Kendall, Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM.
